The DCA (Data Centre Alliance) is an association representing the interests of the data centre infrastructure sector. It is the only data centre industry body within the UK, and its main aim is driving awareness of the data centre industry to the business world.
Conor has spent his entire career in the Data Centre cleaning industry, starting as a cleaning technician at 8 Solutions before moving into management positions, now he has a decade of experience delivering and managing operations in critical environments.
Conor has also spent substantial portions of his career based in Europe, primarily in the Netherlands, helping clients to obtain the critical services they cannot get locally.
Joe has spent his whole career in the Data Centre cleaning industry starting at 8Solutions in Chesterfield as a technician then working in the sales division across the UK, Europe & Australia.
After 5 Successful Years working in Australia and Singapore Joe joined the team at CFS to continue to drive his career at a reputable company.
Over the last 15 years Alex has held several Business Development and Account Management positions in some of the largest FM companies in the UK. Following the Acquisition of a specialist Datacentre services business in 2017 Alex lead a sales team, providing services to end users, operators, and developers across Europe. Alex is based in the South of England but travels extensively to drive and support the Strategic Growth of the business
James moved into the passive fire protection industry after serving time in the British army , Gaining experience as an operative and moving up quickly into Management, James has worked on wide range of passive fire protection projects throughout the UK – NHS, HMP , MOD and social housing .
James has gained the Institution of fire engineers & Independent fire inspections qualifications in his time in the industry and will be responsible for managing CFS’s BM TRADA accreditation and strategic growth plan.
James has trained numerous operatives in the correct installation techniques of passive fire protection materials and is accurately aware of the latest health and safety legislations. James possesses excellent customer service skills and a passion for implementing the best practices around fire safety and compliance.
Tim has spent the last 25 years in the Data Centre cleaning industry, starting at Tekniclean in Chesterfield which was a specialised Data Centre cleaning business in 1997.

Ashleigh has spent the past 8 years in the Data Centre cleaning industry starting at 8 Solutions in Chesterfield which was a specialised Data Centre cleaning business.
Ashleigh started out in a Sales Support role, moving into Operation. While working in Operations Ashleigh has held various roles including, Scheduling Manager, Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager.
Ashleigh has amassed considerable experience in the coordination and planning of multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring that service standards are always upheld.
Joe is a senior finance professional and a highly commercially motivated Chartered Accountant. He spent 11 years in professional practice, working with a wide range of business in several industries. Making the move into “industry” to focus on a more commercial role, he joined CFS in Autumn 2021.
